please - use caution

Pinball machines and arcade games contain potentially lethal voltage. Dangerous voltage may remain for a period even after the game is unplugged. Prior to opening a pinball or other arcade game, please be certain to unplug the game, then test to make sure the power was disconnected. It is recommended to discharge capacitors before attempting repairs, but ONLY attempt this task if you have been trained. All electrical repairs should be left to properly trained personnel. Once again, please use caution if you have not been trained in game repair, and use extra caution near any monitors.
